A rich, semi-hard blue cheese with faintly sweet and savoury characteristics and dark blue grey veins. The flavour is buttery, mellow and savoury with steely blue vein notes. The aroma is earthy and the texture firm with a creamy finish. Made with organic, raw cow's milk.
